Runestone's Lawyer's Legal Notice or Issue Order 5-2-10

"It was, unfortunately, very clear and correct (according to the legal customs of hobbits, which demand among other things seven witnesses in red ink)." (I)

Runestone's Library, Runestone, Firebrand, Grim, and all Text, images and Layout Copyright 1998, 1999 by Jeffery A. Dobberpuhl.

"Text" does not mean to include actual quotes from The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings (Including The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers, and The Return of the King) which are obviously taken from those great works by J.R.R. Tolkien. Nor does it include actual quotes from any other product produced by another, specifically, quotes from various Iron Crown Enterprise game products that were published regarding Middle Earth. There is no intent to dilute the ownership interest in such original works, but instead, any quotes are included for analysis, educational, and review purposes only.

All game mechanics and terms are Copyright 1993 by Tolkien Enterprises, as produced, designed and distributed by Game Systems, Inc., which, as I understand it, publishes under a special license with Iron Crown Enterprises. Middle Earth, The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings, The Return of the King, The Silmarillion, and all characters and places therein are trademark properties of Tolkien Enterprises.

There are a number of annotations to the quotes. These are as follows:
(H) The Hobbit, (I) The Fellowship of the Ring, (II) The Two Towers, (III) The Return of the King, (S) The Silmarillion. (name of game module or product, ICE) a gaming product produced by Iron Crown Enterprises., (U) Unfinished Tales.

If you can think of anything I missed, let me know :)
