I don't know if the lists order were significant (probably not), however, I have preserved that information.
 
The year guidelines require that the recording was reviewed in Cadence during the period of December of the previous year through November of that year.  For example, the 1999 poll covers material reviewed from Dec. 1998 to Nov. 1999.
 
You may note that Cadence and CIMP recordings are absent from the editor's lists.  That is because Cadence guidelines forbid any of there reviewers etc. from selecting a release if they were involved in it's production.
